Billing Information & Privacy To process your order, Skin Bistro will have access to your personal information which will not be disclosed to anyone except for the sole purpose of processing your order and arranging delivery.

Return Policy You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving goods. You will be responsible for costs incurred. Returned goods must be in their original condition (unopened parcel) and posted back within 3 days of receipt. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned goods in original condition. Bespoke orders are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Policy Ready-made goods will be shipped within 5 days. For bespoke orders, please allow 7-21 days.
